I. Privacy Policy

Information note on the processing of personal data

This privacy policy provides you with details of the processing of personal data when using the website www.pabllo-logistics.ro, including any information you may provide when you subscribe to our newsletter or when you use the “chat” section.

By providing your data to us, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years old.

S.C Pabllo Logistics SRL is a data controller and we are responsible for personal data (called in this privacy policy “we”, “us” or “ours”).

Maintaining and monitoring the confidentiality of information about users of our company is an important aspect and the processing and collection of personal data by S.C Pabllo Logistics SRL, and it is done only under the conditions mentioned by Law No. 677/2001 and following European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons about the processing of personal data.

1.2. Categories of personal data

Personal data means any information that can identify a person. These do not include anonymous data.

We may process certain types of personal data about you. Such as:

  • identity data may include first name, birth name, function, date of birth and gender.
  • contact details may include billing address, mailing address, email address and phone numbers.
  • financial data on the issuance of documents resulting from collaborations with our company may include bank account and payment card details.
  • trading data may include details of payments between us and other details of your purchases.
  • technical data may include internet protocol addresses, browser type and version, plug-in browser types and versions, location, operating system and platform and other technologies on the devices you use to access this site.
  • usage data may include information on how to use our website and the services we provide.

  • sensitive data – we do not collect and process any sensitive data about users/visitors.

Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, union membership, information about your health. and genetic and biometric data. We don’t collect any information about political beliefs and criminal activity.

  • request our consulting services;
  • request price offers using the contact form;
  • submit a CV on our website;

1.4. Purpose

The purpose for which your data is collected and processed:

  • following the completion of the contact form, our company will use the personal data: name, first name, email address, telephone number as well as other personal data provided by users.
  • following the completion of the online consulting form, our company will use personal data: name, first name, email address, telephone number as well as the personal number and personal address in case of the need to issue the tax invoice to individuals, in order to:
  • register for online consulting and provide access;
  • process and deliver the requested services, including management of payments, fees, fees and collection/recovery of money owed to us.
  • communicate news about the events for which the recording was made, but also to communicate potential changes in the coordinates of the events;
  • solve complaints, requests regarding the events for which registration was made.
  • transmit material from events (presentations, documents, files, sketches, etc.)
  • transmit the information necessary to carry out the certification process in the case of the provision of services which involves representation before the authorities issuing opinions, certificates, licenses, authorizations, various documents, etc.
  • following the completion of the application form for a job, our company will use the personal data: name, first name, email address, telephone number as well as other personal data (home address, occupation, etc.) provided in the CV submitted to get in touch with users and to establish in writing or by telephone details necessary for the recruitment process carried out by S.C Pabllo Logistics SRL.
  • following subscription to the newsletter – newsletters and communications S.C Pabllo Logistics SRL are transmitted through our partners/subcontractors. This ensures the confidentiality and security of information.

Consent can be withdrawn at any time, as follows: by contacting S.C Pabllo Logistics SRL for this purpose at the office@pabllo.ro or by accessing the unsubscribe link displayed in the incoming messages.

1.5. Transfer of personal data abroad

S.C Pabllo Logistics SRL transfers personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) due to the international field of activity.

1.6. Security of personal data

We constantly adapt the security measures implemented to ensure the security of the processing of personal data.

We have implemented procedures to deal with any suspected breach of personal data and we will notify you about any regulatory authority competent in respect of the infringement, when we are legally obliged to proceed as such.

S.C Pabllo Logistics SRL hereby informs you that it constantly evaluates and updates the security measures implemented to ensure safe and secure processing of personal data.

1.7. Period of processing of personal data

We will store personal data only for the period necessary to fulfil and achieve the purposes for which we have collected it, including to fulfil any legal, accounting or reporting requirements, while complying with legal provisions (including contact, identity, financial and trading data) for 5 (five) years from the date on which they are no longer clients for tax purposes.

1.8. Rights of data subjects about the processing of personal data

In the context of collecting and processing your data, you have the following rights:

  • right to information – you may request information on the processing activities of your data and you have the right to obtain confirmation that your data is processed or not and, if so, to have access to the type of personal data and the conditions under which it is processed, by requesting this effect to the data controller;
  • the right to rectification – you can request, by requesting the data controller, the correction of inaccurate personal data, the adjustment of incomplete data;
  • the right to delete the data (“the right to be forgotten”) – you can obtain the deletion of the data if its processing was not legal or in other cases provided for in the above-mentioned legislation;
  • the right to request a restriction of processing – you can request a restriction of processing if you dispute the accuracy of the data, as well as in other cases provided for the above-mentioned legislation;
  • the right of opposition – you can object, in particular, to data processing that is based on the legitimate interest;
  • the right to data portability – you may, under certain conditions, receive the personal data you have provided to us in a format that can be read automatically or you may request that the data be transmitted to another controller;
  • the right to complain – you can complain about how personal data is processed with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing;
  • the right not to be the subject of a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling- produces legal effects concerning or similarly affecting the person concerned in a meaningful manner;
  • the right to withdraw consent – in cases where the processing is based on your consent. (consent form when issuing the invoice for individuals), you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal of consent will only have effects for the future.

 II. Order online consulting sessions

2.1 General information

Online consulting sessions are given according to the applicants’ area of interest, as follows:

  • Incoterms & commercial documents;
  • Incoterms & customs formalities
  • Incoterms & intra-community deliveries of goods;
  • Incoterms & freight transport documents;

2.2 Online Consulting Price

The price for online consulting sessions is displayed on the website and is expressed in EUR currency including VAT. The amount will be invoiced at the BNR rate.

2.3 Payment methods

After registering for the online consulting session through the registration form of the platform used by S.C Pabllo Logistics SRL, you will receive the link to make the payment. Payment in instalments is not accepted. Online consulting sessions are carried out only after receiving the payment in the bank account of our company.

2.4 Register methods

After making and confirming the payment, we will send to the e-mail address provided at the time of registration the URL address where the online consulting session will take place, mentioning all the details.

2.5 Conditions for returning the online consulting fee

The return of the online consulting fee can only be made if the withdrawal (written announcement to the e-mail address: office@pabllo.ro the impossibility of participating in the online consulting session) is announced no later than 48 hours before the start date of the session.
